Annual General Meeting

Community Care for South Hastings’ Annual General Meeting is scheduled for Tuesday, June 14, 2011 at 2:00 p.m. The meeting will be held at The Lions’ Hall, Deseronto, Ontario. This meeting is open to all members with a current membership. Memberships are $5.00 per annum and available to the public by contacting our Belleville office at 613-969-0130 or our Deseronto office at 613-396-6591.

55 Alive

The 55 Alive Driver Refresher Course is designed to help older drivers maintain their independence and their driving privileges.  Courses are offered at various times during the year.  The cost for this course is $35.00 and will include a workbook, certificate and refreshments.  For more information please call Community Care for South Hastings at 613-969-0130.

Diners' Club

Belleville Diners’ Club – Tired of eating by yourself? Why not join us at the Diners’ Club? Enjoy a delicious meal every Tuesday at noon at Parkdale Community Centre. Reservations are required. The cost per person is $8.00.

Thurlow Diners’ Club – Join us at the Thurlow Diners' Club for a delicious lunch at noon every 4th Wednesday of the month at the Gerry Masterson Thurlow Community Centre. The cost is $8.00 and reservations are required.

Deseronto Diners’ Club – A delicious meal will be served on the 1st Wednesday of every month in Deseronto. Join us at the Lion’s Hall and enjoy the meal with us. The cost is $6.00. Please call 613-396-6591.

Community Care Closet (Deseronto)
Open Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Donations may be dropped off at the office in Deseronto, or for your convenience, small donations may be dropped off at the Belleville office.  Please call Community Care for South Hastings at 613-396-6591 for more information.

Footcare is provided every 4th Thursday of the month by the VON in Deseronto. The cost is $19.00 and receipts are available. Please phone the Deseronto office at (613) 396-6591 for additional information.
